I was using Eudora 7. After the upgrade it would not let me send to multiple addressees. I would get error stating that I was trying to send spam. So I downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird and it does the same thing. I know this sounds rather petty considering the other issues some are having but it is a serious problem to me because of the work I do in emergency services.

Hi Leo. My dad upgraded from 7 to 10 against my advice! I have read your above article about the ways to do this — thank you for taking the trouble to do so! Win 7 was preinstalled on his laptop, so no install disc — however, the install codes are on the bottom of the laptop body. So my questions are these. Hard Drive and do a clean install with the Win 7 disc, using the install codes — will that override Win 10 completely? Or will I need to manually delete Win 10 first? A clean install should overwrite it once you get that far, through.
Data can copy over just fine. Then you need to go and kill all that garbage Redmond loaded onto your machine. Personally, I will never have that issue with MS on my primary machines. The backup is now XP-8 which is wonderful sort of , and it even fooled a MS developer who worked on 8…he swore it was XP…. So, be advised, once you do revert, you need to see what else they have done to your machine…oh, and there appears to be two entries in TaskScheduler that talk to MS via telemetry that are left in your system.
